Alan Halsey
ŠAlan Halsey, 2004 from the Memory Screen Notebooks by Alan Halsey Alan Halsey is a painter, collagist & book-illustrator/designer. He has had a one-man show at Wyeside Arts Centre, Builth Wells, 1980, and his graphic work has appeared in a number of group shows, most recently Verba Inter Visual at the Lethaby Galleries, 2001, and Oculus Visual Poetry Biennial, Tokyo 2004. The text-graphic work Memory Screen will be shown at the Bury Text Festival in 2005. He is also a poet, with numerous books of poetry to his name, and has been publisher of West House Books since 1994. Click to enlarge the images |
